The BENEN Industries Carbon Composite
fuel rail for the Honda B-series is manufactured using a patented process
for casting liquid, fiber reinforced polymer composites. The novalac phenolic casting resin offers
higher temperature and heat insulation and higher strength, compared to OEM and aftermarket aluminum and nylon fuel rails.
Compared to injection-molded nylon fuel rails, phenolic composite is more fuel resistant, does not absorb moisture and lose as much strength at threaded fitting points and around threaded brass inserts at under the hood temperatures.
This high-flow unit features 3/8” NPT fittings on each end and comes with barbed fittings.
